Currently, Online Express event forms require at least one registrant for each event price type. If you try to enter 0, you get an error "Please specify a quantity for each included price."
Our university holds a few annual events where there is a sponsorship option that does not include any participants. One which I think is common to many nonprofits is a "Hole Sponsor" for a golf tournament. A business might want to register a team or a few individual players, but also wants to make a donation to receive promotion at one of the holes on the course. The Hole Sponsorship is a straight donation and includes no benefits such as additional players. It is confusing when the event form prompts the sponsor to enter a registrant when they shouldn't have one.
I've been talking about this need for a while, but perhaps a move to the Ideas forum will help. Thank you!

Please, please, please! This has been an issue with almost every event I've managed with OLX.
Many of my clients want individuals to be able to prepay for raffle tickets, basket tickets, mulligans, t-shirts and other merchandise. The ability to allow "0" would be the best way because within one cart they can add these items to their attendee or sponsorship level! PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!
This is a definite need. I have been on with support all morning with the same issue, but for a dinner with auction. When someone tries to make the donation of faculty tickets, it asks for their names and all other info. They need to be able to add a lump sum, with no additional information needed. We have to go in and manually change each registration/gift that comes through. Very inefficient.
