Donation Form Goal Tally Should Reflect Appeal Funds
When you create a donation form you have the option to add a goal. This creates the classic thermometer graphic as funds are received. However, only gifts processed by Online Express are automatically added to the tally! The "Offline Donations" figure needs to be manually updated each day.
Right now we achieve this by manually checking the total funds raised for the Appeal each morning and manually updating the Offline Donations figure. It seems a little crazy to be getting a figure from our database and then manually putting that same figure back into that same database.
Could Online Express please be enhanced to pull this figure from the Appeal?
