Would like TITLE to become an available/optional field for event registration/guest forms.

The OLX donation forms give us the ability to include Title with the form - this helps wtih gender coding, etc. in RE. The OLX event registration forms don't currenlty have this as an option - and it would be extremely useful to include and optionally make required.
