Please add bi-weekly frequency to reccurring gifts in Online Express
I have worked at non-profits my whole 45 year career. All pay schedules have been bi-weekly. I know work for a hospital Foundation and we plan an employee giving campaign to start Oct. 9. We really want our employees to be able to sign-up for recurring gifts based on their bi-weekly pay schedule. This is necessary in order to match the Finance Departments deductions from each pay. So, we need the option for recurring gifts, bi-weekly freguency with the ability to add a START DATE (Foundation would input the start date). The donor should be able to designate certain amounts to up to 4 different funds (or more).
For example: I wish to set up a recurring annual donation to be deducted from my payroll check bi-weekly, for 26 pays per year. I wish to give a total of donation of $260.00. $10 per pay for 26 pays in 2018. I want my bi-weekly payment of $10 divided to 4 designations (funds) so that each fund receives $2.50 each pay.
Our employee giving campaign starts in October 2017. Please implement this idea ASAP - if you can. Keep in touch.
