Automatically process Recurring donations
Recurring Gifts created through Online Express synced with BBMS to automatically withdraw funds from donor's account. This is frustrating that we have to manually process these gifts.

We are new to OLX & BBMS. Our previous provider was able to automatically process recurring gifts. We are on the brink of starting a Marketing Campaign for Recurring Donations. I was very surprised and frustrated to find out that this now needs to be done manually. It puts an additional burden of time and scheduling on our small staff. Since the trend is to push for recurring gifts, I would like to know if there are plans to upgrade BBMS to allow for automatic processing.
