Ability to Embed Thank You Video in Acknowledment
It would be ideal if within the donation form's acknowledgment/email we could embed video content. As storytellers, I think seeing someone that their contribution is benefiting saying thank you would be refreshing...in addition to the standard thank you text.

Agreed! This is easy to do with other email marketing services. A real downside to online express is the lack of this kind of feature.
Agreed! We are looking to use our New Year's video in an appeal. Not having the basic capability in the video age is crazy!
I also agree that this is a necessary feature. I have been quite frustrated with the overall formatting options in Online Express, and the ability to embed a video is at the top of the list of things that should be changed.
I recently inquired about embedding video in email messages as well as acknowledgements.The message delivery is much cleaner when a video is embedded rather than linked. When using links, supporters are directed outside of our message which is not at all what our goal would be. I hope this is an up-and-coming enhancement to Online Express.
Place the video on your website. Insert a still from the video with a "play" button superimposed and a link to the video page on the image. Added bonus of preventing your email being automatically flagged as spam.
I totally agree Brian. How we interact with our donors is so important and a video message would just help in our stewardship efforts.
