Change City and State from drop down to text for foreign addresses on all Online Express Forms
Address fields for foreign addresses are currently a drop down and not text. We receive many complaints from foreign donors that they cannot complete the donation form because their city or state is not listed in the drop down table. This cannot not be changed in Raiser's Edge. All foreign cities, states and suburbs should be available as Text and not a drop down option.
