Agree this should be an available function, doesn't support international charity activities or event sign ups.
We have both US donors and Event sign up pages- for both of which gift aid does not apply.

Many UK organisations solicit donations from outside the UK and Gift aid is not relevant. If accidentally checked it would create a Gift Aid declaration on the donors RE records which leads to extra work manually removing and the possibility of potentially claiming Gift Aid on an ineligible donation.
This is an issue for everyone, soliciting donations outside of the UK. The solution proposed by Blackbaud support to simply change the text next to the checkbox is not an effective or long term solution.
Having the option to choose to display the Gift Aid declaration (or not) is the only real solution here, please can this be implemented.
