Online Express Events linking to Registrants that are already registered
Good afternoon,
In our organization sometimes events are populated with the donors/constituents that were invited to the event. When using the Online Express for the first time, we found out that if the constituent is already in the event module, it will not load the donation or the participation into the Raiser's Edge event module. I don't know if this is a glitch or if it's meant to be this way. But it would be nice that it would like the payment to the constituent.
Also, when it links it to the event, it links the registrant as Registered. If it can do this and make it as Attendee, how come it can't mark it paid. It would be nice that the registrant could be marked as Attendee, Attending- Paid, Invited, Accepted, and Registered. It is only doing two of these things.
