Have Online Express Not Mail to Deceased Relationships
My query doesn't include deceased people. But I want to make sure that their spouses or other family members get emails about our programs. When you include relationships in OLX, it mails to deceased people, unless they are marked inactive. (If you have any non-constituent relationships that happen to be deceased they will also get mail, and there's nothing you can do about it.)
Please treat Deceased the same as Inactive, and don't mail to those relationships.
