Opt-in constituency codes on the donation form
On the donation form after asking for the donor's name, it would be useful to have available radio buttons to ask if they are alumni, faculty staff donors, etc. This would auto import into their record's Bio 2 in addition to the already generated Donor constituency code.
If we can add more Opt-in buttons, it would also be helpful to add Click Here if you'd like to receive more information on Planned Gifts. This would then become an Action on the record for our DOD to follow up.
