It would be helpful to have the function of being able to have replies be sent to someone other that the sender. For example: If we are sending an email out using Tom's contact list, but would like for the replies to go to Jennifer.

You can change both the Name and the Reply To Email Address for each specific OLX Message. It's on the last tab where you can send or schedule the Message. They do not need to match. At my previous org, we had IT create a separate Inbox and then several email addresses that all were directed to that Inbox (the addresses were our CEO's name, Dev Director, etc. but where the "normal" address is RHernandez@, these were Robert.Hernandez@). This prevented their Inboxes from filling with auto-responses and allow other staff to monitor that Inbox for messages we did need to take action on. It worked really well.
