We hold an annual benefit where different sponsorship levels provide donors with different numbers of tickets to the event, between two and 20. While it's great that with the OLX event form a supporter can provide their guest information when the gift is made, it would be great to give the donor the ability to designate exactly how many tickets they want to use of those that are available for them.
For example, someone wants to donate $5,000 to our dinner, which allows them to use 10 tickets. But, this person only wants to use 2. It would be great if the form did the following:
1. After the donor selects the sponsorship level, presents them with an alert that says something like "this includes 10 tickets to the event, how many would you like to use?"
2. Then give the donor the option to provide the names now or have my organization follow up with them.
The way it is now, a donor who gives at a high level but doesn't want to use all their tickets must click through a bunch of boxes before they can submit the form, which seems like a pain.
