Add default number of installments to donation forms when pledge is selected.
This is needed to ensure that the donors installments do not extend past the current year. We are switching from NC to OLX and in NC you can hard program this feature in and it helps to limit the number of installments that a donor can select. Before hard coding we had donors giving us a pledge in October with the intentions of 10 installments, no fault of their own, it was the system default. We dont want to run into this problem again using OLX.
