Provide Security Restrictions within OLX
If our developers and content designers are within OLX for our communication purposes, we don't want them to be able to view gifts or download transactions that have come in. Right now, there is no way to restrict access for users for different components of OLX.

Completely agree. I have users that need access to email templates to create communications, but do not need access to transaction/donation form management.

why is there a reluctance to proceed with this recommendation? This is a security issue form any organizations and one that involves credit cards.

We would like to be able to grant/restrict users by security group to specific email templates. This would be more work to set up more RE security groups but we don't want them to have access to ALL email templates and "break" them, but have access to specific templates based on their school/audience.

Agree there should be security for all components of OLX similar as there were in the NC plugin for RE. We need it for events to streamline for our departments their processing of event registrations and limit access to only their registrations. Right now we have 4 departments that are able to see each others event registrations, and when you have to scan through 50 to 75 registrations to find your own it becomes more of a nuisance for the processor, and it would also eliminate processing errors if they pick events that are outside of their department, etc. Please please please add more user security for OLX.
