"Add this data to RE" opens Global Add dialog box
RE already has an interface for adding specific records to a large group of people. When adding data to RE, this could allow you to select the kind of data it should add - Actions or Appeals, perhaps event registrants, maybe even multiple records - and how that data should be recorded. This would also solve the BBOX#### problem, where we have to jury-rig the data to look like it should after sending an email.
