We just went to RE Host, RE NXT and OnLine Express and will not be able to use the e-receipt as is per auditing requirements.
Looks like 25+ folks are in support of being able to modify the e-receipt template when one combines the several same/similar ideas posted. As I mentioned through comments on others ideas, auditors require verbiage on gift receipts stating that "the donor has received no goods or services in consideration of this contribution" The fund (or funds) is also required for larger donations in particular and very helpful to donors who give to multiple funds at a given organization in the course of the same tax calendar year.

I totally agree with the statement below. Nothing about this receipt looks professional or formal. The TAX ID number is part of the address line. Donors don't realize that is the tax ID number. It also doesn't specify that no goods or services were received. The client should be able to edit this receipt and make it look better if you don't plan to do it yourselves. I am VERY disappointed.
I would request a better template for OLX tax receipt. Some of our donors did not believe it was final tax receipt because of its very informal design.
It is so informal that new donor will not even know and find the charity number that looks part of the address. This is how everything is placed on a full page tax receipt.
