Address and phone number added to email notifications when donations are made on-line
In other merchant services, when we receive an email notifying us of a donation, it includes the address and phone number of the donor . We manually send out customized letters to our donors. The receipt that they receive will not always suffice for a tax receipt and we send tax receipts to our donors. The person receiving the emails and sends the thank you may have to call the person or respond before they are in the office and can look at Raiser's Edge.
