Automatically "Add this data to RE"
OLX and RE are both Blackbaud products. Why should I have to add data as a separate function? Here's why it bugs me:
Step 1: I send out an email. John Doe hasn't given yet, but will.
Step 2: I add the data.
Step 3: John Doe gives.
Step 4: Mr. Doe's data is now inaccurate.
Even if he gives first, step 4 is the same. I have to go back and jury-rig my appeals to look the way they're supposed to look.
Why doesn't the software automatically take care of this? It's frankly ridiculous.
On a separate note, which other Ideas tackle, I should be able to specify how I want the data recorded.
