In Canada (Ottawa) we have two official languages as such all our forms/websites need to be bilingual. Will be useful if all the form in online express have a french version next to them so that people can choose to have them in both languages if they want.

Agreed, we would very much like to have support for multiple languages. We engage multiple communities, including French and Chinese and would like to be able to fully edit the forms to be inclusive of them.
