Make it possible to send an eblast using a participant query.
In order to send an email invite to an event, currently there is only the option to email participants with an existing constituent record, since only an "Individual" constituent query can be attached to an eblast. In an ideal world, participant records would also link to relationship records (for spouses or contacts for an organization), would populate the email field and make it possible to include organizations as well as non-constituents in email communications. It would also negate a lot of double entry.

It would be beneficial to be able to utilize the online express email system for all email communications to event participants. These communications are critical to further build relationships. Currently, we have to use a separate system for emails to these individuals. Please add this option to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and streamlined communication. Thank you!
Sending emails to events guests who are not constituents due to limited information gathered at the event or from table hosts/sponsors pre-event is critical in our fundraising and marketing efforts. Please add this option, so as to make this email program fully functional for us.
Sending to event participants is highly important for marketing purposes, and these individuals will more than likely become constituents after the event. Without Blackbaud making this possible, we will need to use another emailing software, and double our work efforts.
It would be very helpful to send an Eblast just to participants pre- and post events. These Eblasts include event instructions and post event reports.
