Email notification when a transaction is not downloaded into plugin
When reconciling OLX transactions that have been processed with the BBMS disbursement report, users sometimes notice that transactions that did successfully process in BBMS did not download into their OLX plugin. In order to get the transaction information so they can manually add the gift into their RE database, users have to contact Support and request the transaction information. It would be helpful to have an automated email notification (like the transaction notification emails) that informs users when a transaction may have processed with BBMS, but did not download into their OLX plugin.
