Our 'other donation amount" appears at the botton of the options. Donors can fill in the field but the highlighted button is still the top/defauly amount. This leaves donors filling in their preferred amount but getting chaged the defauly amount if they do not check the amount at hte payment screen. With NetCommunity, the "other donation amount" could not be filled in until the donor slected the button for "Other"
