The email address shows in OLX when processing an Event registrant, but the phone number doesn't. It also doesn't appear when you open the Constituent record, but the email address does. The phone number only appears when you go back into the Constituent record once saved.
There is no reason for the email to show but the phone number not. The phone is often in the wrong format and so we need to go in and correct it.
