We - and other organisations - have encountered problems with our donation form. The "Other" button has a $ section, and some of our donors have clicked into the dollar section without first highlighting the field. The default highlighted button (in our case $100) will be charged, not the amount entered by the donor, as the "Other" button was not highlighted. The best way to fix this would be to have no Dollar amount in the "Other" button, so that donors have to first click on it, and the Dollar field to be revealed after they clicked and highlighted it.
We have been advised to use the "List" option for our donation form, but find this visually less appealing, and we would like to retain the buttons format.
