Tiered Designations in Online Express - allow users to select a high-level designation option from the designation drop down, that then populates a second drop down menu with more specific designation options under that initial umbrella. For example, users might select "College of Business" and then another list of options would show featuring departments and funds within the College of Business. Currently, it makes for a poor user experience to offer more than 7-10 designation options, but donors are increasingly interested in supporting very specific causes.
