My organization thinks it will be helpful to have the options of what we receive in the donation email notifications from online express forms. We use this form type on our website, and we do not wish to get a copy of the letter the donor received in our email notifications. We would rather just have the summary details of the gift made, and if the gift was processed successfully.
We understand that some organizations may use multiple acknowledgment letters and want to verify that the correct letters are going out and would want to see it in the email notification, so to have the options to include the letter confirmation or not that would be a good option.
