mandatory fields not obvious on donation portal -- I recently tried making a test gift through our Online Express donation portal and it wouldn't go through. Took me forever to figure out it's because I didn't select a title for myself. There is apparently no way to make it obvious this is a mandatory field, and no error message pops up if nothing is chosen from the Title drop-down menu. These are pretty standard things to have on donation forms. If I had been a regular donor I would have given up trying to make a gift.
