Try using "Ctrl + Shift + V" in order to paste without having to format. That might work. Hoping it does.

Hi, the answer for you stop retaining the formatting from the source. This is, ultimately, the source of your problem. Or you should heck the Advanced tab of the Font dialog to make sure that no scaling or other changing in spacing has been applied. If not, you might try condensing the text slightly (even 0.1 point will make a dramatic driving directions difference).
