NEED attributes (so we can ask how they heard about us) AND recurring gift option! Unbelievable that these aren't options. We are having to use the donation form which doesn't include gifts of membership.

Please include recurring payments, most members of clubs pay a regular monthly, quarterly, annual fee. Why on earth does the Online Express membership from not have these options?
