It would be incredibly helpful to have a chart of error codes and what they mean in laymans terms. Also agree there is no need to notify the end user of errors that no action needs to be taken on and that are a back-end function for Blackbaud only.
Better documentation in knowledgebase of what the different errors mean, would also be an option.
