We used NetCommunity prior to switching to online express. There was a nice tab within RE that allowed us to see what constituents received, if they opened it, made a donation because of it. It would be great to have that same functionality for OnlineExpress. I know we can import it into the appeals tab but that is not ideal for us and is a manual process whereas NetCommunity's happened automatically.
