Change the coding from 'tel' on the 'other amount' field on donation form in OnEx so that supporters can donate e.g. £20.53

When people are donating through the OnEx donation form via their mobile phone they are unable to donate e.g. £20.73 because it does not give you the option of a decimal point or comma. When trying to type and amount it brings up the dialling pad on a mobile device.
