we want to add expiration dates, membership numbers... all the custom fields that our organization uses to communicate with our members.

We need to ability to add a merge field for locations that donors have signed our petition which are listed in the Actions tab. We need the ability to insert merge fields that are meaningful to our business; not a simple addressee/salutation. That makes for a very cold email marketing piece.

Agreed, we want to include membership expiration dates.  This would be so simple.  I don't think Blackbaud even reads these suggestions.  There are so many critical ones that should be done by now.

We also need the ability to ad gift amounts and dates into emails. Need the merge fields expanded! This was available in netcommunity.

Not being able to customize merge fields seriously limits the usefulness of Online Express.  We cannot use it for the reason we wanted it - sending an email reminder for pledges with the pledge balance.

We want to add a Target Amount/Ask Amount into our Email Solicitations.

We actually cannot use our OLX email because it will not allow us to insert member IDs in the email communications. I have been requesting this option for over two years. The only pieces of OLX we can use are the forms and even that has limited merge fields for confirmation letters. It would be nice if we had more access to our RE merge fields via OLX,
