Please submit all product enhancement ideas below. We welcome your feedback; your ideas will be reviewed by the Product Manager that oversees the development of that part of the product on an ongoing basis and updated with its current status monthly based on our product planning process. Ideas you submit could help us shape features currently in development or grow our repository of requirements for our next big enhancement. Admin and Transaction Fees
Many non-profit organizations give the online donor an option to cover the fees associated with their transaction. Our organization would like to see that added to online express. This allows the full gift to be used by the organization and many of our donors would support covering fees. Our organization, and I know we are not alone, spend thousands on credit card processing fees. Thank you for considering this option so we can put more of our donors generous gifts towards the work they are supporting and not the credit processing companies!
