Change Tribute Checkbox to Pulldown with Send Notification/Do Not Send Notification Options
Instead of a checkbox, we would like the "Please notify the following person of my gift" checkbox to be a pull down, with that option and a "No notification necessary" option. Additionally, we should have the ability to set one or the other as the default, and to make a choice required. This will help our donors so they can know what is going on with their tributes!
