Add images back into ereceipt emails & be able to customise
We need more customisation options on OLX receipts and the emails that receipts are sent out in.
Previously (in November 2020) we could attach images to these emails but since Dec 2020 this feature has been removed from all new OLX forms.
At a minimum I'd like to be able to update the font to something NOT Times New Roman.
On the eReceipts themselves I need to be able to:
Customise the image to fit across the whole page
Customise font size
Put a salutation ie "Dear Hannah"
Add a thank-you message
Put more info about the fund that has been supported
Customise what the footer section includes - I don't need it to have an 'authorised signature' nor a Name and Title field but would like to different info here.

Yes, I agreed with you that they should add images back into ereceipt emails & be able to customise. It would be more easier for us. I have also found https://edubirdie.org/edubirdie-review-the-most-honest-and-reliable/ site who can makes our life more easier. Because as a student, it is really hard to write essay assignments. We also have other things to do but because of those assignments we can't enjoy our life.
There aren't many votes yet for this but there are plenty of people commenting in the forums. The Online Express donation thank you emails are edited in a tiny mce editor and the ability to add images and/or html must have been removed by the system's creators. It's crazy that you can't add a logo to your thank you email - that's the bare minimum you need to make an email look genuine. Please find a way around this Blackbaud.
