Add BBMS fees add into RE reports
We require a report from either BBMS or RE showing the following 3 pieces of information all on one report - the Fund the donation is going to, the Donation amount, and the fees BBMS removed from the donation leaving us the amount to expect deposited into our bank account. Currently we need to run a report from each system and then manipulate them outside the system combining the information to match the deposit amount in our account to what was expected to come in via the OXL online system.

The challenge isn't getting the data out of RE, the challenge is getting it IN! The BBMS fee should be a field that can be batched in during processing of the OLX transaction.
