Format State/Province Abbreviation vs. Full Name
Currently all states and provinces are displayed on the same dropdown. This is very confusing for people from outside the US especially since some foreign provinces have the same abbreviation as some US states. Some provinces have a 5 or 6 digit abbreviation but the RE table only allows for 3 digits. All this confusion could be alleviated by 1) displaying only appropriate states/provinces for the country entered and 2) show the full name of the state/province instead of the abbreviation.
