Revise and update OnlineX tax receipts to issue to name of "TRUE DONOR"
As a Canadian Charity, CRA requires that the tax receipt be issued to the "TRUE Donor" and that would be to the person whose name is on the credit card. Otherwise we are not following the rules laid out by CRA and this threatens our charity status. The current donation form has a field for the Cardholder name so can the online tax receipt pull this name instead of first and last name? The donation can still be attributed (soft credit) to the RE constituent record and the receipt issued to True Donor. This is quite serious so please make the proper correction necessary on the online donor form to make the OnlineX tax receipt compliant.
