Add credit card fields to page in Blackbaud Checkout
We have so many donors (and staff) that are confused by Blackbaud Checkout. Since clicking the direct debit button opens those fields, and clicking the credit card button does nothing, people don't click the Secure Payment button because they think the form is not working. Both should match. Either do both in the pop up or both on the page.
