Title field as an option/required field on the event registration forms!
We have thousands of people from around the world registering for virtual programs through BB and the TITLE field isn't even an option to include on the Online Express Registration form. Now we have thousands of records without the appropriate title and no way of knowing if it should be Mr., Ms. or Dr. Why would this only be an option on a donation form and not a registration form?! We are left with thousands of records without titles and no way of correctly acknowledging these constituents in future correspondence. I have also been told by customer service that the NCOA won't identify missing titles when the NCOA run. This needs to be updated immediately. We can't guess titles when downloading the records from OLX to RENXT, we we are wrong we look sloppy and run the risk of offending people.

I am also facing a similar problem BB and the TITLE field isn't even an option to include on the Online Express Registration form. I have updated to the latest version and have not reinstalled any parameters or features. Hope to get help soon in picos school
