We get notified when a donor uses a DAF to make a gift. I then manually record that gift in the donor's record. We have learned that, in the past, some of these gifts were not recorded. Since it's a manual process, it's possible that an email notification gets overlooked, or the amount would get keyed in wrong, etc. Is it possible to use Online Express to have gifts from DAFs treated like credit card donations and automatically brought into Raiser's Edge through Online Express to reduce the chance of error?
