Remove verbiage from online pledge forms
Since the Online Express system doesn't have the ability to charge the donor on the date that the donor is filling out the pledge or recurring gift form I suggest the sentence stating "Your first gift will occur on xx date" be removed, especially since Blackbaud/Online Express doesn't actually charge the card, we have to manually push it through. I think it will be confusing to donors for them to see that they are signing up for a payment today but they aren't being charged until next month or year depending on which payment option they chose. If someone fills out a donation form today, the intention of our organization is to process the donation that same day.

Yes, please! We have had so many questions about this and it's very frustrating! We do not require a payment schedule, only a final due date that is much in the future, and it's ridiculous that they can't make a simple pledge.
