After secure payment has been processed. The Confirmation screen should appear in a pop up window.
This used to be the normal behavior after the payment for Online express. It is much more user friendly than going back to the start page and presenting the Confirmation there. It can easily be overlooked and is not reassuring to the Constituent making the Gift offering.
