Default a tick in Display Inactive Constituents box to avoid duplicate constituents being created.
We have recently moved from NC donation form to OLX donation forma dn I've been asked by our finance team if it's possible to have a tick in the Display Inactive Constituents box in OLX, as this was always ticked when she downloaded donations from Net Community and is wondering if it can be defaulted now that we are using OLX. Support have advised that the "transaction manager plug in isn't the same for BBNC and OLX and therefore its not possible to add this option as as default". Is this something which could be looked at to avoid duplicate constituents being created?
