Online Express Acknowledgee Not Related to the Tribute Error
In Online Express if a donor requests to notify themselves, which in turn adds them as an Acknowledgee, then as an Acknowledgee they have to be related with a relationship link whether or not they are related to the Tribute. In some cases, a donor adds themselves as the Acknowledgee and they are not related in any way to the Tribute, but in order to process these transactions out of Online Express and into Raiser's Edge they have to be linked, in error, and then the relationship link deleted afterwards. So what I am requesting is to write code in OLX to NOT allow the donor to add themselves as the Acknowledgee and give them an error message. Or add a self-acknowledge button. That would resolve this for everyone in the future when a donor adds themselves as an Acknowledgee in error.
