Have separate drop-downs for states and provinces in on the Donation form
Currently, if checked off under the state table in configuration, all states and provinces appear together under the drop-down state/province selection for Billing Address. It would reduce mistaken selections if there was an option to have only states or only provinces, depending on which country (US or Canada) is selected. Perhaps group them under different State tables in configuration.
