Need more option for insert fields.
There are not enough insert field options for donor confirmation pages and emails. It would be simple enough to add the comments field, a common field that is used by donors in the email confirmation, but is unavailable to add. This often causes confusion by the donor, in which they have to unnecessarily have to email us.
