Flag Fraudulent Recurring Gift Sign ups, or allow a way to report these
Our monthly donation page is being used as a way for crooks to test fraudulent credit cards. Blackbaud has told me they have no way of remedying this. BBMS runs the card through and produces a "test success". There needs to be a way for BBMS to flag these tests through the same fraud screenings as other transactions AND there needs to be a way for us to report suspected instances of fraud.
